This is the story of a fourth generation cook named "Tex". Tex's great-great-great-grandfather Joseph Blair, an immigrant from Scotland, settled in Denison, Texas by way of Oil City, Pennsylvania. Joesph had a talent for cooking, and fed many a hard working man searching for gold and oil back in the 1800's. Tex has taken up where Joe left off, and enjoys feeding the hard working men and women of today. Try us and you will agree that we are not your average Joe!
